providing secured funding and managing assets.
Glenhill provides direct private mortgages on a wide variety of properties including: single family residences, multi-unit
residential, commercial property, industrial property, mobile home parks, construction financing, raw land, farms and
owner-occupied residential properties. We do not fund loans for properties occupied by churches,
restaurants, auto centers, hotels or hospitals.
While Glenhill is able to provide loan structures to fit the needs
of most borrowers, and each borrowers needs are different, a common structure would include a mortgage note of up to $500,000 carrying
coupon interest of 11 to 15%, with a loan-to-value ratio of less than 65%, supported by a first position trust deed.
Because Glenhill has its own funds, as well as a network of private investors to fund loans, we are always in the market to
make real estate loans.
