Glenhill directly invests in a wide variety of assets including trust deeds,
real estate loans, REO properties, and distressed debt. The firm is active in directly funding private mortgage loans
for residential and commercial property. These loans are based primarily on the equity in the property, rather
than on the borrower's credit history or ability to prove that he can repay the loan. Although our underwriting
process is primarily focused on the borrower's equity in the underlying property, a high credit score and strong financial
statements will lead to a lower interest rate and reduced loan fees.
Glenhill has more than 12 years of
experience in providing loan structures that meet the needs of borrowers with expeditious deal execution. Because
Glenhill primarily invests its own funds it is able to make lending and investment decisions on short notice when required.
